Habit is not a property that can be inherited from your family but it is created in pieces throughout the journey of your life. Whether you are happy or sad, successful or unsuccessful it all boils up to one thing, that is your Habits. Therefore, if you are planning to change your habit it will somewhat lead to changing your life. It takes 66 days for an old habit to dissolve and a new one to form. Aristotle has right said that we are what we do repeatedly. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

It doesn't matter how long it takes for a particular habit to develop, what is important is that you put in your work. The only way to get there is to start with day 1 and just focus on work. There are a number of examples that demonstrate how we change our behavior to a habit. But the most common can be the eating habits and physical exercise which a big challenge for the majority of people. We humans have the power to change our behavior into a habit if we keep doing it for 66 days daily. Through this repetitive activity, we as humans are able to reinvent ourselves with our own initiative. But the important question is that is the path that takes us towards the habit easy to follow? We need to find out the factors that stop us from finding our purpose and hinder our way to reach it. Fear not because at the end the result will beautiful if you patently strive for it.

Phase 1: Be regular- Be sincere and regular with you work for first 3 weeks. Make yourself a better you and make people around you proud of you!

Phase 2: Analyse- Look through your life and see for yourself if all this is doing good for you. Are you happy? Check your progress and the improvement in your work. Have patience and start small.
Phase 3: This is the most difficult time when you are almost there, tired out and may turn back to the old you. But once you are over it, it the time to party. Celebrate your success with your friends and the ones who kept you motivated through your makeover journey
